Villa Songket is located in the greater area of Seminyak in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Kerobokan. The village of Umalas is still traditional and green and allows you to hit the hot spots of Seminyak within a 10 minutes drive. Tucked away along the road you will find this stunning villa amongst beautiful rice fields, small boutiques and a great variety of restaurants.
Villa Songket is very spacious and carefully decorated with a perfect combination of the preserved arts among the royalties in the archipelago with the high standar of comfort. The villa offers a lot of privacy, the poolside bale is a delight for afternoon naps and the lounge on the pool deck will be a favorite spot among sun lovers.
The villa is two level villa. The two bedrooms are located in the ground floor and the third bedrooms is in the upper floor. All the bedrooms are en-suited bedrooms. This master bedroom is a large bedroom is separated from the main house by the lotus pond. A generous walk-in wardrobe with dressing table divides the bedroom and tropical open air garden bathroom complete with bath. This room features a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV and DVD player, digital safe, a mosquito net over the bed and a writing desk.
On the ground level of the main house, this room has all the comforts of the other rooms and its own open style bathroom with garden shower amongst lush tropical plants. The only room on the upper floor, the aqua bedroom has its own rooftop garden bathroom and a balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. The two large single beds can be combined to make a bigger than king size bed. The living room features two traditional Balinese daybeds adorned with Songket covered cushions for the ultimate in relaxed lounging. Recline in comfort and watch cable TV or a movie in surround sound. The solid timber dining table seats 10 and provides grand views of the pool, garden and bale (relaxation pavilion).
Furthermore, the villa has fully equipped kitchen and dining area adjoined with the living area. The large sliding door overlooking the swimming pool can be opened to bring some fresh air in the living room but can be closed while the airconditioning is turned on to have better temperature inside as well.
