New Restaurant In Canggu-Seminyak 2019

We collecting down our pick for you who try to find New Restaurants Seminyak-Canggu For 2019.

Here’s the list quoted from The Honeymoon Combers :

-Djournal Coffee   –   Seminyak

Brought to us by Indonesia’s unstoppable ISMAYA Group (the brains behind Manarai Beach House in Nusa Dua) Djournal Coffee comes to Bali from Jakarta, Bandung, and Singaraja, marking the sixteenth Djournal address in Indonesia. Well, just like its predecessors, this new Seminyak location is all about bringing you the best cup of coffee using Indonesian-origin beans, with a wide range of artisan brews ranging from espresso-based coffees, to pour over, siphon and even cold drip. Not into caffeine? Try the cold-as-ice Nutella Blast, or the Green Tea Freeze, best paired with Djournal’s famous Eggs Benedict Batavia or Crispy Pork belly Bowl. All of this, overlooking one of Seminyak’s last remaining emerald rice paddies…

-Uni Restaurant & Bar   –   Berawa

Foodies, drop everything – the trailblazing duo from Bali’s Mexicola Group have once again joined forces to bring us an innovative fine diner in buzzing Berawa, this time in the form of Uni Restaurant & Bar. Star chef Steven Skelly and drinks guru Nicolas Lento have created this sophisticated and design-savvy 70-seater ‘casual fine diner’, with eclectic artwork lining the walls and an amalgamation of Asian inspiration and contemporary techniques in the menu. Expect locally sourced seafood and vegetables served with Japanese and French influences, like savory doughnuts with brandade and beetroot, decadent crab lasagna with soft herbs and a ginger emulsion, and even char Sui lobster buns. Top tip: graze through the a la carte menu or go all out with the 5-course tasting menu, best shared and paired with the experimental cocktails, sake, natural wines, and even a tea-pairing menu.

-Santorini Greek Restaurant   –   Canggu

After winning the hearts (and tummy’s) of Bali’s foodies with its authentic Greek flavors in Poppies Lane 1 (Kuta) and Echo Beach in Canggu, Santorini has brought its legendary Saganaki, tzatziki, baklava, and Moussaka to a third location on the island – just a hop, skip and plate-smashing jump from the Echo Beach address. You’ll find all the Big Fat Greek foodie names at this new Santorini (an enormous space compared to its cozy little sisters) all made from age-old family recipes and given the true Santorini touch. Try the baked and creamy Pastitsio, the made-to-order gyros that use the best olive oil around, and the Moussaka that sees layer-upon-layer of eggplant, potato, beef, and béchamel. Nostimo!

-Honey Kitchen   –   Pererenan

Not only do we love the name of this breezy new cafe in peaceful Pererenan, but we’re also obsessed with the fresh fit-out. Laced in white and studded with gold and black accents, Honey Kitchen is simple but oh-so-stylish. And of course, the same can be said about the menu. With a focus on ultra-fresh and organic ingredients, local and imported produce is given the Midas touch, creating standout brunch plates like the salmon and quinoa bowl, the coconut hotcakes, and the out-of-the-box sides like charred eggplant with pomegranate and honey tahini. And FYI, their sweet potato fries are the best we’ve ever tasted

-La Vela   –   Berawa

Born from a love of delish Mediterranean food, fresh local produce, and Bali’s beautiful beaches, La Vela had us at smoked butterfish and sunset cocktails by the seaside. Yup, this brand new oceanfront venue right on Berawa beach is breezy, beautiful and a little bit bohemian, with awesome, fine dining food to match. It’s the perfect setting for cozy afternoons by the sea, with plenty of lolling spots to wine, dine and recline. Try the calamari with pumpkin, coconut and squid ink to share, as well as the carrot risotto and the Red Snapper with zucchini flower and ricotta.

-Eat Play & Love   –   Seminyak

This pinch-me-cute bistro cafe in central Seminyak is a real hidden gem – but it won’t remain a secret for much longer. Sitting directly opposite The Legian Bali (just footsteps from Seminyak Beach) Eat Play & Love is a rooftop nook with adorable interiors and a charming daytime menu to match. Think healthy brekkies, big wraps, fresh pasta, and tropical salads, plus a lineup of sweet desserts that are as lovely as the pink and blue decor.

-St Tropez   –   Berawa

Bringing a taste of The Med to Berawa Beach, St Tropez is the latest destination to open within the fabulous grounds of Finns VIP Beach Club. And with its alfresco deck, cool and coastal ambiance (sea views included) and fresh takes on classic French and Italian cuisine, here you can go from vibrant Canggu to chilled-out Southern France with just one bite of the Coq Au Vin. Talking of which, the menu showcases mini morsels to share (like the grilled prawn platter) as well as mouth-watering artisanal pasta and gourmet wood-fired pizzas – all with an accent toward nouvelle cuisine and ultra-fresh produce. Top it all off with St Tropez’s innovative and artistic signature cocktails, or stick to the classic tipples and top-shelf spirits and liqueurs. Bon appetit!

-KAZA   –   Seminyak

Described as an “inspirational dining experience” KAZA is the brand new signature restaurant at the stunning Kanvaz Village Resort in Seminyak. Residentially rooted into the Mediterranean culture, KAZA dishes up family-style appetizers and the freshest line-caught seafood, cooked up on live, wood-burning grills in the gorgeously chic dining room. The Michelin-starred chef can be seen honing his craft in the picturesque walk-through kitchen, on hand to passionately attend to any request with both quality and fine detail. And to top it all off? The Cocktail Lounge is where you’ll find delicate pre- and post-dinner cocktails

-Essential   –   Canggu

A wholly vegan and sustainable tapas and cocktail bar that uses uber-healthy essential oils in its concoctions, Essential in Canggu takes guilt-free feasting to a whole other level. And that’s just the beginning of this game-changing, tropical nook. All of the plant-based produce here is local and dependant on the seasons, and the majority of the menu is gluten-free too. Try the tempeh croquettes, the Lombok stuffed peppers and the glazed fritters wrapped in banana leaf (a fabulous fusion of Spanish and Balinese cuisine) and wash it all down with alchemist style cocktails that use the purest essential oils on the planet, local fresh cold-pressed juices, probiotic Kombucha and high-quality imported spirits. Our fave? The Wasabi Martini with pressed lemon and lemongrass essential oil. Now that’s worth raising a glass to

-Bondi Bakehouse   –   Berawa

A brand new and breezy restaurant at the heart of Finns Beach Club, Bondi Bakehouse is where you can graze all day on gourmet summer platters and dishes designed to share, like pizzettas and burgers, satays and steak fries – all the best bites that go just right in the sunshine. Everything is made with the freshest local produce around, and the setting isn’t too shabby either, with sun-drenched views over Berawa’s black sands and crisp interiors laced in bright white.

-Mumbai Kitchen   –   Berawa

Another newbie at Finns Beach Club, Mumbai Kitchen is an easy-breezy Indian eatery with all the rich and authentic flavors and fragrances from Mumbai. Fresh from the tandoor oven and prepared by the busy chefs in the open kitchen, expect Indian faves like butter chicken, Rogan Josh, and homemade Tikka Paneer – all on the Berawa beachfront.

-Monsieur Spoon   –   Pererenan

Just when we thought Bali life couldn’t get any sweeter, the island’s iconic French bakery announces its sixth location on the island – this time in Pererenan! Yup, Monsieur Spoon is where you’ll find Bali’s expats getting their coffee fix each morning, stocking up on the oh-so-creamy eclairs and shatteringly crisp croissants before taking home a stack of freshly baked bread for later. And because Monsieur Spoon isn’t ‘just’ an artisanal bakery, you’ll also find an entire menu of delish cafe faves here, like salmon & eggs for brekkie, quiches, and salads for lunch, and insanely indulgent tarts and mousses for dessert.

As we know that everyone has their different tastes and likes, those new restaurants have calling you to try tho and it worth it anyway. So try it wisely and keep up the good vibe!
