Outdoor & Pool Areas

The tropical garden is spacious with plenty of room for guests to move around and enjoy the 15-meter swimming pool with a large timber deck where sun lounges are lined up with red parasols and matching cushions. At the other side of the pool, tropical palms create privacy for guests and a stone wall water feature adds to the tranquility while you soak up the rays. Further, into the garden, a manicured lawn and relaxation bale with a koi fish pond set the tone for a Balinese tropical holiday. The chef will whip up meals day and night on the BBQ as the kids run freely around the yard. An upstairs sun deck is a great spot to enjoy sunsets.

Living Areas

The largest alang-alang thatched roof pavilion houses the open-plan living area and has a modern chic feel about it with cooling polished marble floors. The doors open up to the pool deck so you can relax with friends and family out around the pool while having a meal or watching TV inside. A huge L-shaped sofa and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player provide entertainment. The timber dining table comfortably sits 10 as you listen to some mood music from the iPod docking station.  The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast counter with stools and lots of appliances.

5 Modern bedrooms with air-con

Guests in the master suite enjoy the comfort of a king-size bed, a TV & DVD player, a desk in case of some work time, built-in robes, a safety box, and a soaking tub in the en-suite. The four guest suites all feature hues of greys, white, black and two of these suites boast king-size beds, one with a queen and the fourth twin beds. All rooms have air-con, TV, DVD, marble en-suites, and soaking tubs.

A few hundred meters from the villa brings you to the most happening part of Seminyak, Eat Street. There is a supermarket at Seminyak Square where you can stock up on all your groceries, alcohol, and snacks and you can easily walk to Seminyak Beach where you will find Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, and Potato Head to name a few.

If you love your coffee you are in luck as there are loads of amazing cafes nearby where you can get your daily coffee fix. Make sure you go to Monsieur Spoon ( they have fabulous pastries & croissants as well), Sisterfileds ( take the family here for a great meal), Kynd ( this is the best vegan cafe in Seminyak), the super-popular Revolver, and Starbucks.

For a treat make sure you go to Ku de ta for sunset cocktails and a few cold Bintangs followed by some fine dining. Even better, why not go to the new mega beach club Cafe Del Mar to watch the sunset, listen to some music, and enjoy the amazing sunset. If you fancy some shopping then Seminyak is jam-packed full of shopping options. Make your way to Seminyak Square and go from there.
